About Omni Group
Omni Group, Inc. is a Louisville-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming public health through accessible, community-centered care. We were built to serve individuals who often face complex barriers to healthcare; those living with chronic health conditions, behavioral health needs, substance use disorders, homelessness, or significant social instability. Our organization blends clinical services with harm reduction, education, social support, and direct outreach, creating a public health ecosystem that meets people where they are and walks with them toward stability, healing, and empowerment.
Our work is grounded in compassion and driven by a commitment to health equity. We understand that health is not shaped by medical care alone; it is shaped by housing, food availability, relationships, transportation, trauma, access to medication, and countless social factors.
