We are a community-based public health organization serving Louisville and nearby areas. We work to fill gaps in traditional healthcare by providing accessible clinical services, harm reduction, behavioral health support, and help with social needs. We’re guided by the belief that everyone deserves compassion, dignity, safety, and the chance to thrive.
Who We Serve
We serve adults, youth, families, chronically ill individuals, those experiencing homelessness, people living with substance use disorders, individuals affected by infectious diseases, and anyone facing social or economic instability. Omni Group specializes in supporting people who have been historically marginalized or underserved due to poverty, stigma, disability, behavioral health challenges, or lack of insurance.
WHY we exist
Our community faces rising rates of chronic illness, addiction, mental health crises, homelessness, and unmet social needs. Traditional medical systems cannot address these challenges alone. Omni Group was created to fill those gaps through compassionate outreach, accessible health services, and strong community partnerships. By combining medical care with harm reduction, education, and hands-on navigation, we help individuals move toward stability and better health outcomes.
